Each inspection is carried out in accordance with international construction quality standards. We use professional equipment and methods that help detect even hidden defects.
What’s Included in the Technical Inspection
Inspection
Cracks & Structural Deformations
We inspect walls, columns, beams, and facades for cracks, separations, and structural deviations. Hidden areas are checked using endoscopic cameras through access openings and above ceilings. All defects are documented with plan references and risk classification.
STRUCTURAL INSPECTION
System Reliability & Safety
We verify that the electrical layout matches the actual installation, check the connection to the main power line, and test the presence and operation of RCDs. We measure voltage, test load capacity, inspect grounding, and ensure all key connection points are properly installed.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
Tightness & System Performance
We test the system under pressure, detect leaks, and assess drainage slopes. We also check pump operation, water pressure consistency, absence of odors, and the proper functioning of all plumbing fixtures.
WATER SUPPLY & DRAINAGE SYSTEMS
Comfort & Operational Systems
We inspect and test air conditioning, ventilation, and auxiliary systems. We also examine and test the lightning protection system, check internet connectivity and Wi-Fi coverage, and assess the functionality of CCTV and fire safety systems with full documentation.
Comfort & Safety
Leak Protection
We perform water flood testing to monitor water retention and identify potential leaks. We inspect joints, drains, slopes, and other vulnerable areas of the waterproofing system.
ROOF WATERPROOFING
Workmanship Quality & Visual Standards
We assess surface geometry, paintwork quality, tiling, and joint finishes. We check for defects, contamination, and compliance with the declared quality standard of the property.
FINISHING WORKS
Actual Execution vs Project Specifications
We compare key elements against the project specifications, including layout, dimensions, and materials. We identify deviations, simplifications, and substitutions that may affect durability, safety, and operating costs.
MEASUREMENTS & PROJECT COMPLIANCE
Transparent Inspection Results
We provide a structured report with photo documentation, detailed comments, and references to the project plan. Critical defects, recommendations, and repair priorities are highlighted separately.
